We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join the Founder's Office at Findr.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to have a direct impact on product, marketing, and operational strategy. You will work closely with the founder, tackling challenges across various business functions to help scale Findr to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Product:
  • Collaborate with the founder and product team to brainstorm, prioritize, and execute new features and product improvements.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to refine the product roadmap.
  • Oversee timelines and ensure smooth product launches.
• Marketing:
  • Create and execute innovative campaigns to grow user acquisition across channels like email, social media, and paid ads.
  • Develop and oversee content marketing efforts on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Monitor performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and drive engagement.
• Operations:
  • Streamline internal processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to meet company goals.
  • Identify and solve bottlenecks in business processes.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven companies is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
